Malinda Meegoda is an Assistant Manager in the Economics Team at Verité Research.

Before joining Verité Research, he worked as a Research Associate at the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKI)- the think tank of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Sri Lanka.

Mr. Meegoda is also a network member of The Asia-Pacific Leadership Network for Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament (APLN). His research interests include nuclear weapons, arms control, disarmament, and Non-Proliferation issues. 

He is work has also been published by SIPRI (Stockholm International Peace Research Institute), the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF), Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (India), South Asian Voices, and the British American Security Information Council (BASIC). 

Mr. Meegoda is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan’s International Cooperation and Conflict Studies program (Saskatoon, Canada).
