Chanduni Bandara specializes in data analysis at the Parliament Research Team. Her publications include “Toxic Work Culture in Sri Lanka: COVID-19 Special” posted on a blog managed by the Social Sciences Society of the Royal Institute of Colombo (RIC).

Chanduni holds a BSc in International Relations from the University of London and leverages her public relations experience from her tenure at the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau to enhance her research.
