Dr. Dinusha Panditharatne is a lawyer with over 15 years of expertise in foreign relations, public policy, education, and human rights. She previously served as Executive Director of the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute (LKI) and taught law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. A New York State licensed attorney, she practiced at the Wall Street firm Milbank LLP. Currently, she is Adviser and Head – Asia at The Commonwealth. Dr. Panditharatne holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Oxford and a master’s degree and doctorate from Yale Law School.
