Nevanka de Silva Jayatilleke has a BSc (Hons) in International Relations from the University of London, and a Masters in Human Rights from the University of Colombo. 

He is also a visiting lecturer for the University of London’s undergraduate degree programmes at Royal Institute of Colombo. 

Mr. de Silva Jayatilleke has previously worked as part of the United Nations Sri Lanka, with roles in the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka and the Office for Reparations.
