Nirasha Jayetileke was previously Deputy Director of Operations at Verité Research from 2016 before she took up the HR unit.

She began her career in Marketing and Brand Management and moved into the Development Sector in 2005.

She held positions in Grant Management, Project Design and Management and Communications for 10 years at LEADS a national NGO and the UNDP.

She holds a Post Graduate Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and a Masters in Business Administration, from Sikkim Manipal University, India.
