Once Rajive Perera completed his education at St. Thomas College, Mount Lavinia, he entered the hospitality industry, working for seven years at Holiday Inn Colombo. Transitioning to the role of Assistant Manager of Stores and Sales, he worked for five years at a company importing Wella products.

Following this, Rajive Perera served as an administrator for the Southern Province at Four Square Church in Colombo for six years.

In 2016, Rajive Perera joined Verité Research as the Assistant Manager of Administration, contributing to the organization’s administrative excellence for four and a half years. After a brief one-year break, he returned to Verité Research in the same capacity, continuing to play a crucial role in the administration team.
